Doug York, General Manager
Dylan York, Operations Manager

Doug York began his contracting career in 1988. After working for several construction companies he decided there had to be a better, more honest way of doing business in contracting. In 2003 he started his company as strictly a “painting company” doing primarily residential work ie: interior and exterior repaints. After a couple years he expanded into other areas of residential construction such as drywall, finish work, tiling, etc. As the demand grew, the company expanded into commercial remodel work, still maintaining the residential side by running two separate crews. While running multiple crews, the company has done everything from complete builds on small office buildings to full basement finishing, while continuing to accommodate the homeowner that may simply want a front door painted. Doug currently handles all quoting as well as H.R. responsibilities as General Manager and still enjoys putting in his time on the job site.

Due to continued demand of our services, Dylan York was brought on in 2010. In his time with the company, he has done everything from being a “gofer” to running one of the crews. In 2018, Dylan was brought on as a full Partner and is now the Operations Manager. Dylan is responsible for overseeing all “on job” activities including directing any and all workers.
